Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of teachers in early childhood education in West Nusa Tenggara, so that later can compete with other provinces in Indonesia. From various senses in various media of early childhood education is very important because it is the foundation of a nation which later can replace the older generation to Indonesia Gold 2045. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative and by using the method of observation, interview and documentation, the result will be analyzed by using triangulation of data, as well as to check the authenticity of data. The results show that the role of early childhood teachers is crucial to the success of an educational institution. Thus every teacher and parents and government need to have a sense of responsibility for the activities undertaken every month through early childhood education. "Teachers and parents have great influence for children in their early years, school, friends, and the media dramatically affect their nature during school age.If at any time the child is given a solid foundation, the one-way probability will be smaller for them.
