Abstract
English language teaching implemented at the elementary school level aims to develop the language skills of learners so that later can be used by them in accompanying the action. Effective English learning should be done practically as technology develops rapidly. Digital technology has penetrated all over the world, but many have not been able to use it productively. Inadequacies in using digital technology can adversely affect one's personal and social life. Thus, then digital technology should be developed in the development of users’ character. Digital literacy includes part of digital technology. There are several dimensions of digital literacy, such as tools and information systems, context, history, and culture. By having a concrete understanding of the whole aspect, then the process of teaching and learning English that integrates digital literacy in elementary school will be able to occur as well.
