Pengelolaan Pendidikan Di SD: Implementasi Karakter Lokal Membangun SDM Bali Unggul
Abstract
The elementary school students isthe optimum a phase to build character and also concept formation of natural phenomena and the implementation in daily life, which is very important. These two strategic components are built into the learning process in the subject matter through instruction (teaching effects) and classroom interaction (nurturant effects).Beside determining teaching materials (subject matter), looking for suitable approaches becomes very strategic in building character and concept formation. Placement of spiritual competencies earlier than other competencies, suggests that it is very important that today's people build spiritual competence with universal truths. This is because the indicators of in intolerant attitudes towards differences are found.
Internalization of local content by meaningfull cultural and spiritual events carried out since ancient times by Balinese ancestors to make contextual learning in making high order characters. Managing schools with by meaning and implemented the tri Mandala concept, rebuilding taksu in the learning process at school. In learning process, the birth of a baby with a ceremony that is full of symbols, builds the character to think, speak, and train (tri kaya parisuda) the best by reading with the concept of karmaphala, rebirth to replace our life's karma.
Internalizing the content of competencies of national and international indicators and loading the character of local wisdom, creating an effective environment through school management and learning process in each subject matter. This effective environment helps students to transform themselves into the character of daiwi Sampad.
