Abstract

Education is a process of acculturation and human empowerment that is developing into an independent personality to be able to establish themselves and society. Civilizing process and empowering last a lifetime, which in the process there should be educators who provide exemplary and able to build a whim, and to develop the potential and creativity of learners. That principle led to a paradigm shift process of education, from teaching paradigm to a learning paradigm. The paradigm of teaching is more focused role of educators in transforming knowledge to the learners to shift the paradigm of learning which enables more learners to develop the potential and creativity of himself in order to form a human who has the spiritual power of religion, morality, personality, intelligence, aesthetics , physically and mentally healthy, as well as the skills required for destiny, society, nation and state.
